We are looking for a "Payroll Superstar" to join our small close knit dynamic team focussed on Client Service and Growth.

£20,000 to £24,000 DOE
28 days holiday + 1 extra day for each year of service after the first year

The main purpose of this position will be to process payrolls and manage the pensions administrations, and be involved as the company goes through an exciting period of growth.
Key responsibilities & duties
You will oversee a number of payrolls weekly, fortnightly and monthly; this includes running the payroll end to end and liaising with colleagues, clients and partners by email and telephone.
· Managing full end to end payroll and pension; processing of multiple payrolls spanning weekly, bi-weekly and monthly deadlines
· Maintaining fantastic relationships with all clients and using initiative to solve queries
· Answering all payroll queries in line with SLA agreements and in a professional manner
Processing end to end payroll for our clients
Processing starters and leavers
Manual calculations will be tested
BACS payments (any experience welcome)
Managing pension contributions
Dealing with any and all payroll or pension queries
Work experience and skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Possess very strong communication skills both verbally and written
A positive outlook and able to deal with issues constructively
Previous payroll experience required - Minimum 1 year
Payroll qualifications not required but desirable (CIPP)
